Abstract:

A mirroring group is an old and powerful recovering healing method used both in ancient shamanisme, african ritualistic tribe  treatment and in modern family therapy & constellation. A selv induced group trance in mirroron process reaches invisble layers of both problem and solution.

In polyfonic mirroring team the hypnotic curative energy is induced by using earlier decided roles derived from solution focused hypno therapy and family constellation.

Roles like miracle, usual day after miracle, forgotten resource and benefits of the solution shares to mirroring group members, who is encouraged to express whatever they feel or think. Usually the representants in the roles come near different kind of hypnotic states, where they have often accelerating contact to problems and solutions unconscious layers.

In workshop is presented and experienced step by step, how a group of mirroring people can overcome one-to-one hypnosis sessions weakness – The bottlenecks of one hypnotist limited point of view is reinfoced with enriching polyfony of the helpin team.

 

Lecturer is PhD, clinical and organizational psychologist Markku Karma, who has been working over 30 years in Finland and Norway in different clinical, organizational and educational positions and developeded cost effective method in cognitive, solution focused and family constellation based hypnotherapy.
