Abstract:

The physical and mental signs of our state of mind influence our communication more than words. They affect our feelings, beliefs, ways of reacting and thus, our relationships with others and with ourselves.
These somatic markers are used in traditional natural healing methods as archaically anchored clues to record the strengths and weaknesses of the various personality parts of our subconscious.
The clear system of these signs, which can currently be derived from the science of Traditional Chinese Medicine, motivates clients to engage in the hypnotherapeutic process more easily.
In the workshop, the Trance-Model of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) will be presented based on current neurophysiological knowledge. It divides the inner advisors in the subconscious, parts of the personality, into 5 main groups and shows how they can be recognized and strengthened with the help of somatic markers and specially associated trance inductions.
This makes it easier to recognize communicative problem patterns, find resources and develop alternative solutions. Using case studies, we can feel and experience the practical application of some of these trance inductions.
