Abstract:

The workshop presents the main principles and experiences related to trance-imaginative work, as well as the application of body techniques involving micro-movements. Both approaches are aimed at discovering new, enjoyable methods for reducing body weight.

Educational Objectives:

1)  Illustrate how hypnosis can transform one's internal self-perception from seeing oneself as overweight to being someone who appreciates and enjoys their body.

2) Develop therapeutic suggestions that instill the concept of experiencing weight loss as a rewarding and enjoyable process.

3)  Acquire the skills to initiate micro-movements and employ them to enhance the depth of the hypnosis state.

4)  Learn to utilise internal micro-movements as a strategy to alter automatic behaviors and habits.
