Abstract:

Did you already know that you could be a highly qualified management trainer? – Me? - Yes, you!
Having together more than 40 years of experience in leadership training and both being hypnotherapists we can cleary state that hypnosis is a great advantage when it comes to management and leadership training.
Especially hypnotherapists bring a whole new perspective to leadership training that can be a great asset to participants of such a training. – Lots of management trainers come from an economic background and therefore bring their economic perspective and perception. At the same time, times have changed and it is much more important to have psychological insights for management training.
A therapist has a completely different way of perceptions and way to have a look at difficult topics leaders in all different field come across. A hypnotherapist can therefore open new ways of leading and brings a new way of communication which is very interesting for managers and that makes it easy to teach.

Of course doing workshops and leadership training also offers advantages for you: It’s lots of fun and also well paid.

In this workshop we will show different fields in which a hypnotic approach in management training can be highly efficient and successful.
We will also guide you to find your own topic to do first steps to become a hypnotic leadership trainer.
